Consultant, Income Processing (Custodian banking)
To provide support and oversight for partners in the Income Processing Team and support for various internal partner groups globally.

Knowledge/Skills
To provide client on-boarding support on behalf of the Income Division.
* Have 'hands on' knowledge of the Income process, procedures and systems.
* Communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, locations and clients
* Experience in overseeing various elements of processing and quality assurance.
* Proven record in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Have the ability to operate in a dynamic environment of growth and change.
* Risk awareness and risk management skills. The ability to proactively address issues and escalate as appropriate.
* Strong focus on client service and delivery, taking a proactive and innovative approach to both existing and new business.
* Co-ordination skills, specifically across locations and partner areas, taking ownership of any issues.

To be proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and have the ability to formulate MIS and data reporting.
Major Duties
* Provide daily oversight from London of the migrated functions
* Monitor Workload of the processing teams
* Internal point of escalation for all issues raised
* Assist and offer guidance with the implementation of any projects in conjunction with the Process Team.
* Monitor and review the processing team's performance to the agreed Service Levels on a continual basis. Agree required action plan and timescales to resolve any SLA breaches.
Provide continuity of business knowledge and ownership of any issues raised by the Bangalore Income Team or other Partner Areas.
* Be prepared to assist partners within the Income processing team by acting very much "hands on" if the circumstances demand it.
* Facilitate discussions between locations to promote learning and sharing of information.
* Responsible for all client queries, client communication and Daily Data Quality.
* Directly assist with the On-boarding process for all new Income clients, from new account openings to post Go Live support
* Work with the Income On-boarding Consultant to ensure detailed analysis is performed on prospects with regards to portfolio size, asset types, volumes etc in order to calculate effectively FTE impacts across global locations
* Assist with root cause analysis and focus on trends to mitigate errors and losses
* Work closely with Income QA and Income Processing Teams to ensure current QA tasks are processed effectively
* Ensure focus is maintained post go live of a client on-boarding with regards to post live challenges / issues and reconciliation exception levels
* Ensure any 'change requests' submitted by current clients for a new process or product is formally documented via Product Team
* For any new process or product manage the 'bedding in' process for a 3 month period in London prior to migration
* Ensure parallel, UAT and 'go live' periods are supported and effectively managed throughout the duration
* New products being on boarded are analyzed, new bespoke processes are flagged and formally documented via Product
