Client Profitability team is responsible to support the business units internationally in understanding their client portfolios, risks, cost structure, and attractiveness of various markets’ segments helping to define the strategy focussed on profitable growth. The team provides guidance on client retention, winning new clients, and on how to price the services through building complex financial scenarios and tools.
We are looking for an outstanding professional to join the Willis Client Profitability Team, based in London. As the successful candidate you will join a dynamic team covering all the business units internationally. You will gain exposure to various products, while working directly with the top management teams.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting the Senior Manager of the Client Profitability Team in the day to day management of the team and in managing the relationships with senior management and stakeholders
- Providing effective support and leadership to the analysis feeding into a number of the global change programmes
- Responsible for the management of data gathering, data analysis, financial modelling, feedback, and interpretation of the analysis to the business teams and senior management
- The ability to develop good relationships with the business teams
As the ideal candidate you:
- Are able to demonstrate leadership and diligence, are proactive and driven
- Possess excellent influencing and communication skills, demonstrating a high level of listening skills, are capable of concise presentation of complex material, with the ability to think on the spot, matched with first class project management and presentation skills
- Are educated to University degree level (or equivalent), possess relevant experience and financial literacy (Accountancy Qualifications not necessary – but preferred)
- Are a team player capable of working with global team members located across different locations, demonstrating balance, good-humour and sound judgement
- Are able to work with large amounts of data to come up with key outcomes and findings
- Have excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL and VBA skills
