Your Responsibilities
You will become a part of our IT consultancy team, working in the field of SAP and specializing in functional application analysis and process design: you will advise our clients of all industries on the implementation of SAP solutions and the integration of SAP modules into the existing IT landscapes - in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Within this team, you will advise our clients as part of on-site projects on functional SAP matters and thus support the reorganization of systems and processes in one of the following fields: Finance Performance Management (FPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital Management (HCM) or Business Intelligence (BI). This will involve analyzing and assessing customers' existing business processes, checking the use of SAP solutions and, on the basis of these results, creating a functional design. In addition, you will control the preparation and execution of data migrations, system conversions and system testing and will supervise the process and organizational changes associated with the introduction of SAP right through to their successful completion. In your position, you will manage sub-projects and lead teams of functional consultants and client staff.
Your Qualifications
- Several years' experience working in process consulting and the implementation of SAP solutions; ideally, experience as an SAP consultant coupled with expertise in a specific industry
- A very good understanding of the functionalities and configuration of SAP in SAP modules or industry-specific SAP solutions
- Initial project and sub-project management experience, plus practical experience in leading small teams are an advantage
- A clear focus on client needs and a confident manner
- Very good communication skills, a very good ability to think analytically and conceptually, as well as an innovative and creative intellectual capacity
- A team player who is flexible and willing to travel
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
