CONSULTANT Operations – Ops Risk
Consultants will have strong 'big four' consultancy experience or a track record in investment banking.
Skills and knowledge to include:
- Strong OTC and Securities Processing Knowledge.
- Control orientated with understanding of Ops Risk principles
- View on regulatory requirements in originating and target entities
- Experience of running or being part of global projects at a tier one bank
This initiative is to consider repatriation of balance sheet capital from one region's trades to the region in which it originated or to the region the underlying client is located.
The front office in the process of identifying trades for move and partnering to construct the right operational model and infrastructure in the receiving entity. We must ensure no loss of control with clear methods for mitigating associated operational risk are built and implemented.
