We are looking for someone who is well versed on NPI processes, and sustaining test and process engineering in an outsourced model, additionally, one who is broad enough to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations who can drive projects/programs that may involve major product qualifications, mfg. IT business systems, factory expansion and site to site transitions. GENERAL SUMMARY Manages multiple highly complex, strategic projects/programs and initiatives that effect organizational long range goals and objectives. Champions program design and implementation and manages multiple cross functional teams. From in-depth business and industry knowledge, formulates and drives best practices within the company. Communicates program status, program readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to senior management and executives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Leads multiple cross functional high profile teams in the development and execution of strategic programs or highly complex projects that affect organizational long-term goals and objectives. Drives business and program readiness and directs work of team members. Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met. · Develops, defines and leads execution of program. Establishes and manages project/program goals and objectives. Evaluates and implements best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement. Interface with functional organizations and business units as a source of advice and counsel in program issues and provide support to achieve goals objectives. Devises solutions to highly complex business problems and issues. · Ensures accuracy and integrity of data and reporting. Maintain current documentation on program/business practices and procedures. · Communicates program status, program readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to sr management and executives. · Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives. · Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements. · Perform other duties as required or directed.
