Talentis Solutions AG provides a consultancy supplying and managing project teams within a “Co-Sourcing” Model mostly on client sites. We are specialized in On-Shore Outsourcing Solutions in the area of Business Analysis and PMO Services for the financial market sector.

Consultant Relationship Manager
In this role you will support us to expand our Solution Services within existing and new clients. You will have an opportunity to bring your experience and entrepreneurial flair to all areas of the business and support the team in ensuring that we continue to deliver our successful project service to clients with the right professionals required for the various different projects at the right time.
Knowledge and Experience:
We’re searching for a consultant relationship professional to support us and the clients in staffing the various projects within the finance industry with a strong focus on our key skills (Project Management Professionals, Project Management Officers, Business Analysts and Delivery Teams). You help us to build up and maintain our pool of consultants on site as well off site.
You bring the following:
- Experience in sourcing and qualifying consultants for project work within the finance industry
- Overall good knowledge and understanding of project management and business analysis requirements
- Strong solution, service and process oriented approach with a high focus on quality and long term relationships
- Highly self driven and motivated
- Strong interest in building up and maintaining relationships
- Strong team business oriented approach, winner personality
- Fluent in both English German
