As a Restructuring professional at Ernst Young, you will help clients find financial, strategic and operational solutions to improve liquidity, credit availability and returns to their stakeholders. You'll be a member of a multi-disciplinary, global team and will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies.
Our Restructuring division is a priority growth business for Ernst Young globally and we are looking for Senior Consultants to join our team during this time of growth.
You'll be responsible in assisting formal insolvency engagements (voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations), investigating accountant reports, managing pre-lending reviews and undertaking large restructuring work for key clients of Ernst Young. Whilst taking responsibility for driving the progress of small to medium sized files, you will also be expected to work as part of a wider team on larger engagements within a leading player in the professional Services.
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Expertise in both formal and informal engagements
- CA and perhaps IPA qualified,
- Insolvency experience and a desire to expand your portfolio of skills to incorporate additional Corporate Finance related disciplines
