As part of the Consulting practice, our Performance Alignment team partners with our clients to help them align their leaders and organisations to achieve their strategic aspirations. We are currently looking for a consultant or senior consultant to join the team in either Sydney or Melbourne. The role will primarily focus on the following core activities:
1. Primary contact for Performance Alignment survey database, update as needed and carry out analysis of results
2. Support the team in building the Performance Alignment IP / knowledge base
3. Administration support for internal team meetings and sales pipeline
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team in the PwC Management Consulting business for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience in professional services in either a client facing role or marketing function. The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified and will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Ability to work with large volumes of data to draw insights with a high level of proficiency in Excel - some statistical package background highly regarded
- Ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter related to survey design, potential improvements and survey diagnostics
- Ability to present and construct client and internal materials that are highly compelling and in full support of growing / selling the proposition
- Strong interest and ambition in building IP, a knowledge base and marketing material
- Ability to uncover insights, consider alternative perspectives and provide a point of view
- Ability to work with external research providers – manage service level agreements, relationship management, robust processes for sourcing quotes scope of work
- Desire to train others and provide direction on issues related to your area of focus
- Comfortable with time pressures / senior staff demands and fluctuating workloads
- Interpersonal skills to liaise between internal stakeholders and functions (eMarketing, Legal, Marketing, Analytics)
