As a Transaction Advisory Services professional at EY, you will help clients achieve their strategic goals, working directly with senior management teams. You will work with some of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market.
As a part of this specialist corporate finance team you will work across:
- Financial Modelling - with the aid of our proprietary modelling tools, develop and review bespoke models that support transactions, forecasts, financing and investment evaluation
- Valuations - prepare independent opinions on value for equity, physical assets and intangible assets for accounting, tax and transaction purposes
- Transaction Support (financial due diligence) - determine key business drivers, opportunities and risks associated with potential acquisitions and divestments, assess forecast assumptions and optimise deal structures
- Lead MA - assisting with the origination of deal ideas and advising clients on the execution of strategic acquisitions and divestments
- Infrastructure Advisory - advise on the development of some of the State's largest infrastructure projects and project finance deals.
- Ideally you will possess:
- Experience in transaction advisory services / corporate finance and / or audit
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a similar discipline
- Completed or completing your CA.
