Consultants & Project Managers – Insurance – Operations and Business Change Initiatives recruitment
Our client is a Global Management Consultancy firm. Its leading Insurance practice works with tier one clients on strategic and tactical change initiatives for the General Insurance and Life Pensions market.
It is hiring Consultants to be part of its future growth strategy who have experience of programme management, project management and business analysis. Prior experience as a consultant or of working in an internal change function is highly desirable.
You will currently be working with a leading insurance company or consultancy firm with recent experience of implementing change for process procedures, operations or systems. This will include:
- Programme and Project Experience in General Insurance and/ or Life Pensions
- Target Operating Model design, implementation and delivery
- One or more of the following: Finance • Claims Management • Operations • Risk and Regulatory • The full life cycle of operations transformation
In this role you will be a Subject Matter Expert working on high profile projects and developing new propositions and thought leadership. You will be delivering leading edge change for operational excellence and improved performance, productivity and profitability for clients. Experience with an Insurance Company and a Consultancy is desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as a strong academic background are key as you will be working with all levels of management to CxO.
