Consultant/Senior Consultant – Business Analyst – IT Advisory – Perth recruitment

As one of our IT advisory professionals, you'll work with commercial and public sector organisations to provide independent advice on how their IT operations can support their business strategy and its execution. You'll provide insights into organisational culture and help align a client's people, processes and technology to maximize value from their IT investments.
Working as part of this specialist team, you'll assist a diverse client base with their business intelligence and information management strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with business stakeholders
- Ensuring recommendations are both commercial and competitive
- Understanding business needs and translating them into specific software/hardware requirements
- Understanding technical designs and specifications
- Analyzing and documenting relevant data and information
- Evaluating information gathered through surveys, workshops, task analysis and business process description
- Providing input on requirements and recommendations on internal systems and processes
- Providing input to risk and issue identification and management, progress reporting, general project management and communication with stakeholders
Skills
To be considered for this role you will need to possess:
- 3-8 years experience designing and delivering information technology solutions for business problems
- Solid client facing experience ideally from within a firm consultancy or a leading commercial or government organisation
- Experience in leading small teams and managing delivery
- Superior written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business etc
