Description:
Volt has partnered with a leading automotive company in Costa Mesa to help identify an experienced Consumer Affairs / Customer Service Representative for immediate hire. In this role you would be responsible for the administration and support of programs, policies and procedures relating to the operation of consumer assistance call center, customer handling and problem resolution, specifically including product liability allegations. Specific duties will include but are not limited to: processing and resolving escalated customer concerns in accordance with established policy procedures in a timely manner, including product liability allegations; providing regional and call center support in resolving customer concerns in accordance with established policy and procedure within 24 hours of receipt of request; processing legal requests (including product investigation reports) in accordance with established policy procedure in a timely manner; generating and completing any ad hoc reports or projects related to customer concern handling as requested by management. Pay is $20 - 22/hr. Position is long term indefinite temp for now. Submit resume for immediate consideration.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years consumer affairs and customer service experience in the automotive industry.
