The Director of Acquisition Sales will be responsible for overall bank wide One-sell Acquisition Strategy across banking, cards and unsecured loans. He/ She will manage the sales force covering direct sales, telesales and various acquisition teams for consumer’s banking products. In addition, responsibilities include managing the sales support structures namely the administration team, sales compliance control and sales training units.Responsibilities:
- Focusing on products like credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts and priority banking customers
- Mainly concentrating on growing new-to-bank customers and accounts, contributing to net client and market growth.
- Drive the quality of acquisitions by offering the relevant product value propositions to the targeted market segment customer and deepening product depth ratio through the cross-sell of payroll accounts, loans, insurance and other alternate revenue services.
- Channel diversification across direct sales, telesales, and self serving channels including internet.
- Promote mobile electronic banking enrolments for new customers.
- Responsible for driving Smart banking initiatives including Instant services for instant card issuance, instant loans instant Casa account opening. In addition, leverage the use of ubiquity infrastructure and sales tools like iPads, Interactive Sales walls, Marketing Walls, ATMs Workbench to attract, engage connect customers to experiencing our product service offerings.
- Embed the best clients services culture, delivering superior customer experience, and drive the customer’s survey feedback
Requirements:
- 8-10 years working experience in banking finance or sales/client management roles
- Experience in business planning with strong analytical ability
- Possess good business acumen, effective interpersonal influencing skills, and is excellent at written/spoken communications
- Track record of outstanding sales performance and/or overall business performance
- Strong leader, entrepreneurial, driven and passionate for sales
- Bachelor's Degree Description
- Tertiary degree with minimum 8-10 years experience in sales and management; managing sales teams of more than 50-100 staff
