Consumer Insight Manager

THE ROLE: You'll play a key role in understanding and driving customer behaviour for which encompasses four main areas: Developing and delivering insightful, actionable and timely analysis and reporting of their customer base to marketing and the business teams to support business decisions. Driving circulation and segmentation strategies and analysis across all stages of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through loyalty and winback. Advancing web analytics to influence both online and offline marketing strategies, effectiveness and efficiency and managing the UK customer database data integrity, sources, tools and accessibility.

ABOUT YOU: You'll have experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the loyalty, catalogue and web environment with superior analytical skills; you must be proficient in deriving, analyzing and interpreting data from database and business intelligence systems.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £30 - £35,000

Bonus - 10%

Benefits - Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days + Stats
