Consumer Loan Underwriter 3 - Site Quality Champion

This position will be a Site Quality Champion (SQC) for the National Underwriting and Production Risk Management organization within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Primary functions will include: - Quality inspection of loan files including FHA, Non-Conforming, VA and Conventional Mortgage loans. - Mentoring and coaching to peers and partners within Fulfillment. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years underwriting experience. Minimum Qualifications: - Strong Coaching/ Mentoring Skills. - Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: - DE. - VA LAPP. - Previous Audit Experience.
