Consumer Marketing Manager
One of the world's largest and best Insurers is looking to recruit a Consumer Marketing Manager to work across multiple channels.
The Consumer Marketing Manager manages a team of marketers to deliver marketing to commercial partners' customers including for some of the worlds best brands. These partners span prestige motor manufacturers, retailers, financial services organisations and telecommunications. This marketing will be across multiple channels both online and offline. You will be responsible for hitting annual sales and retention plans as well as ensuring the marketing budget is effectively deployed.
A graduate or equivalent, you will ideally have a post graduate marketing qualification. You will need to be a strong communicator with a background in D2C and B2B2C marketing for Financial Services. Additionally you will have a grounding in digital marketing, particularly how you integrate offline and online marketing. As you will be leading a team it is essential that you have strong leadership skills and experience of managing marketers. Additionally as the 'voice of the customer' in the business you will have a strong customer centricity to you approach and a determination to deliver best in class marketing messaging.
