CONSUMER QUANTITATIVE ANALYST (M/F) Job in Luxembourg 1331
THE JOB:
Our Client knows that publishers have significant decisions to make on a daily and hourly basis and that insightful reporting and analytics can help them make decisions that make the business better. You want to use data to answer "why" questions. You have a strong set of quantitative analysis and reporting skills that you can use to create, automate and deliver sales reports, trends, performance analysis and other data-driven insights to our community of EU content providers. This role will report into the General Manager Europe.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and Business Intelligence, data visualization and report design and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights from complex analysis to non-technical business users at varying levels of quantitative familiarity
• Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems, automating reports and working with technical teams
• Outstanding organizational skills, self-motivated, creative problem solving and high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Experience managing a project backlog and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Positive can-do attitude and team player
More skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, consumer research or equivalent analytics position
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages as well as English is a plus French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian
• Expertise with MS Excel, Tableau, SQL and report scheduling and automation

• MBA or Masters in an applicable field
• E-commerce experience, especially in vendor, inventory or pricing management
• Demonstrated experience delivering actionable insight for a consumer business
