Consumer Relations Coordinator * The Wendy's Company Corporate Headquarters, Dublin, OH
Overview
Reporting to the Consumer Relations Supervisor, this position handles customer feedback via phone, email, web, or letter for company and franchise locations; properly routing feedback to the appropriate field or franchise office personnel; and managing consumer correspondence and compensation as needed and processes consumer requests for general public relations and nutrition information.
Supporting Responsibilities Include
- Responding to customer calls and emails in a time-efficient manner and processing it to the appropriate field or franchise location for local handling
- Reviewing and forwarding emails and reports from the external call center and the internet (web-based and social media comments) to the field and responding to the customer when necessary
- Returning voicemail messages throughout the day
- Maintaining organized and accessible consumer records and complaint documentation

Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer relations experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applcations
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
