Our client who is based in London Bridge, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to improve the standard of their inbound Customer Service team.

Working in a small team, you will be responsible for taking in excess of 50 daily inbound calls from consumers, and be expected to represent the Company in the best possible light. You will be dealing with queries, complaints and general product information.

Given that you will be acting as the first point of contact, it is vital that you have an articulate telephone manner and have worked in an inbound telephony position previously.
