Position Description

  1. 6+ years of enterprise software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality commercial enterprise products
  2. Extensive experience in BPM, BPEL, BPMN and Enterprise Application Integration 
  3. Excellent core Java skills with J2EE/Spring Framework
  4. Java XML (SAX/DOM, XPath, SOAP, REST web services)
  5.  Enterprise RDBMS (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL), SQL, JDBC
  6. J2EE framework (Java Patterns, Java Security, JNDI)
  7. Good understanding of Object-Oriented design patterns
  8. Experience in multi-threaded and event based programming
  9. Middle tier technologies: EJB, JMS, BPM, Rules and XML
  10. Extensive experience in Linux and VMWare target environment
  11. Experience in Unified Communications and collaboration technologies (IM, video, voice) and protocols (XMPP, SIP, RTMP)
  12. Experience in web tier technologies preferred: JSP, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, Flex, AJAX, GWT
  13. Experience with Linux and Windows OS multi-platform based development is desired
