- 6+ years of enterprise software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality commercial enterprise products
- Extensive experience in BPM, BPEL, BPMN and Enterprise Application Integration
- Excellent core Java skills with J2EE/Spring Framework
- Java XML (SAX/DOM, XPath, SOAP, REST web services)
- Enterprise RDBMS (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL), SQL, JDBC
- J2EE framework (Java Patterns, Java Security, JNDI)
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented design patterns
- Experience in multi-threaded and event based programming
- Middle tier technologies: EJB, JMS, BPM, Rules and XML
- Extensive experience in Linux and VMWare target environment
- Experience in Unified Communications and collaboration technologies (IM, video, voice) and protocols (XMPP, SIP, RTMP)
- Experience in web tier technologies preferred: JSP, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, Flex, AJAX, GWT
- Experience with Linux and Windows OS multi-platform based development is desired
