The Contact Center Personal Banker... Provides high quality customer service for 24-Hour Banking by responding to telephone and/or email inquiries, requests and problems. Researches and resolves problems and errors. Actively expands existing customer relationships by cross selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff. Inbound call center with high call volume and focus on customer service and quality! Most shifts are 5 days per week (including Sunday). Shifts are part time to full time (FT is 30 hrs + per week). Salary starting at $12.00 - $13.50/hr with the opportunity to earn incentive. Upcoming start date is March 19. Qualified candidate must be able to attend 5 week paid training. Training is Monday through Friday. After training, all shifts include a Sunday workday in their regular schedule and select holidays. All positions offer opportunity for incentive pay per month based on sales and goals. Apply today!
