CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We currently have an opportunity in our new business department to provide a high level of customer service to brokers, applicants, and other departments for all life and disability income products. Duties include: Responding to phone and e-mail requests on policy application and product information; reviewing status of pending application; educating on Company processes; providing illustration information; assisting in policy issue and new business submit processes. Position requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent; four years of relevant experience; excellent communication and PC skills; experience handling customer requests via phone. Insurance experience a plus.
