Contact Centre Advisor - Inbound - Pudsey
Our client, one of the largest breakdown companies in the UK, is currently looking to expand their existing team within their office in Pudsey.
I’m currently looking for a Rescue Inbound Sales Advisor to join my clients existing team. In this role you will work as part of our Contact Centre Team providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. Primarily you will be dealing with queries relating to break down enquiries, quotes and customer service enquiries.
With a background in customer service, you will be able to build key relationships with customers to ensure they get the best out of the service that our business has to offer. In addition, you will need to be able to effectively time-manage, in order to deal with the day-to-day demands of this position. You will need to have great attention to detail and the ability to deliver processes and procedures to ensure that customers receive the highest standard of care. You will be comfortable working in a target driven environment and the ability to work under pressure.
In return you can expect to be fully trained within this position, working alongside contact centre professionals, who are passionate about customer service.
