Hastings Direct are recruiting motivated and energetic people for our Customer Services and Retention department in our Contact Centre in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Working within a supportive team environment, our Agents are the face and voice of our company, there to help our valued customers in a professional, efficient and welcoming manner.
Depending on the role you could be dealing with enquiries from existing customers about their policy, responding to the needs of new customers, problem solving and cross selling, and building a good relationship with our client base.
