Contact Centre Agent

My client, a leading financial services organisation, has a contract opportunity within their Glasgow team. You will be part of the telephony team with a focus on answering customer queries within the required timescales.
 
Previous experience within a fast paced telephony team is essential, along with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have proven results working within tight deadlines.
 
Previous financial services experience is highly desirable.
