Contact Centre Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting a Contact Centre Co-ordinator with a good understanding of contact centre processes to join our UK operations team based in our head office in Chorley, Lancashire.  Synexus is a global company and recruits patients and runs clinical trials at its own Clinics.

As the Contact Centre Co-ordinator you will act as the primary point of contact in the UK between Synexus and the UK Contact Centre to ensure seamless and successful study set up and recruitment. Working with the UK Patient Delivery Manager you will help monitor quality standards and work and drive process improvements. It is not necessary for applicants to have prior medical experience.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

·         Working with Project Managers and Operations to ensure the Contact Centre are ready for all new studies.

·         Monitor Contact Centre performance using existing processes and reporting systems to help identify what is working well and what improvements can be made.

·         Take an active part in Training programmes to ensure Contact Centre staff have the appropriate level of knowledge about Synexus’s studies and ethos.

·         Prepare statistics and analysis of Contact Centre metrics.

·         Ultimately you will play an integral role in improving data quality, patient care and communication between the Contact Centre, Head Office and Clinic staff.

To be considered for the role of Contact Centre Co-ordinator you must have:

·         Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone

·         Good understanding of Contact Centre processes, terminology and technology

·         Experience of compiling statistics from different data sources.

·         Good understanding of databases and stand alone software systems and ideally have experience of testing database developments

·         Proactive nature and be able to work to deadlines and measuring performance against targets

·         Be highly organized and be able to prioritise own tasks and those of the Contact Centre Relationship Manager

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 + 25 days holiday, company pension scheme and life cover.

Ideally you will have experience working for a Contact Centre as an operations  manager, service coordinator, product trainer,  resource coordinator, team leader,  or change management coordinator.

This is a full time permanent role and you will be contracted to work 37 hours per week between 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thur and 8.30am-4.30pm. Located in Chorley, Lancashire this role is commutable from Leyland, Preston, Wigan, Leyland, Darwen, Blackburn, Bolton, Middlebrook, Clayton-Le-Woods, Whittle-Le-Woods, Euxton and Westhoughton.
