Contact Centre Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a social housing company based in Bedfordshire. Due to recent housing demands within the Bedfordshire area my client is looking for a contact centre manager to lead the repairs and tenant complaints team.

Daily duties will include, Managing teams of up to 15, on occasions recording calls to ensure the correct customer service is being given. dealing with disciplinary and appraisals if required. KPI Management, comprising spreadsheets of calls handled and resolved.

The Successful Candidate will be experienced to customer service management level where they have led a team of supervisors or team leaders. They will ideally have worked for a housing association previously or in a repairs call centre environment.
