Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be working with the Royal Household in their offices located in Buckingham Palace. The Royal Household are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to manage the call centre dealing with ticketing enquires for the Royal Collection.

The Royal Collection is one of the largest and most important art collections in the world. It comprises almost all aspects of the fine and decorative arts, and runs to more than a million objects spread among thirteen of the royal residences and former residences across the UK. The ticket sales and information office is responsible for the provision of an onsite, telephone and online booking service for all the sites selling approximately 2 million tickets per year to visitors.

The Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the contact centre of up to 50FTE (at peak times) dealing with visitor enquires, bookings and ticketing information. As the Contact Centre Manager you will ensure that the daily operation for the contact centre is in line with the organisations visitor experience strategy and the sales and service targets. You will also have some responsibility for the ticketing services for external clients.

The suitable candidate for the Contact Centre Manager position will have experience working within a customer service call centre, with a hands-on and motivational management style. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales and service targets with the ability to manage a varied workload and perform well under pressure.
