OfficeTeam is looking for an Contact Centre Manager EMEA for our client. You are responsible for leading a management team to achieve a superior level of customer and employee satisfaction. To manage operational and commercial efficiency of the Contact Centre, in the EMEA region. To serve as an operational interface for the company by supporting growth of existing and future business.
Function
- Lead a management team by providing work direction, clarifying expectations, providing training/development, conducting performance reviews to maintain a productive work environment with a high level of employee satisfaction;
- Build and maintain a positive team environment at all levels;
- To adhere to established company client processes procedures, continually evaluating operational effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement implementation as required;
- Build and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external customers in order to positively impact level of service provided to candidates and clients;
- Achieve service levels and reports on performance to senior management, providing timely and effective feedback on trends and risks;
- Provide constructive feedback to management and other departments to ensure client programs are effectively handled;
- Participate and initiate continuous process improvement that lead to better candidate service reduced cost;
- To represent the EMEA call centres at global level to gain necessary support from the corporate organisation;
- To effectively implement company human resource policies to ensure an effective harmonious culture is maintained.
Requirements
- Must have at least two years recent supervisory experience and preferably two years in Contact Centre management;
- Will be proficient computer skills in a Windows based environment (including MSOffice-Excel, Word, Access, etc.);
- Education; Bachelor or University level;
- Must have had experience in creating and maintaining a budget and had experience with forecasting and projecting revenues and costs;
- Must have had experience in managing and leading a diverse and cross cultural team;
- You’re living nearby Flevoland.
