Contact Centre Representative

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated contact centre representative for one of the UK's largest private medical organisations. Our client has been helping patients for almost 40 years. A combination of expert surgeons, dedicated hospitals, comprehensive aftercare and caring committed staff makes them one of the most trusted private medical organisations. 
Their contact centre, based in Wythenshawe provides sales and customer service support for the organisation's national customer database. Their knowledgeable and helpful contact centre staff act as the first point of contact for customers who are interested in booking into their reputable clinics for a consultation. The organisation is therefore seeking a bright, confident sales representative who has at least 2 years outbound sales experience within a corporate environment. This will be to cover a maternity leave post for around 11 months, with the opportunity of a permanent position at the end of the contract. We are seeking candidates who can be flexible and willing to work at least one full weekend every 4 weeks.

Required Skills:
At least 2 years recent outbound sales experience
Confident and outgoing
Strong IT skills
Clear communicator
Motivated with the willingness to be flexible 
Proactive with a 'can do' attitude
Ability to build rapport and be compassionate in certain situations
