Contact Centre Sales Manager
Contact Centre Sales Manager (mortgages) required to work within a Sales Contact Centre for a major high street Bank.
The Mortgage Sales Contact Centre Manager will be required to oversee and support performance management of all staff. Deliver robust regulatory operations with a constant focus of risk, ensuring appropriate systems, process and resource are in place. Achieving all monthly department sales targets and at all time adhering to Contact Centre Best Practise.
You will have extensive mortgage Contact Centre experience. A self starter with high levels of drive and desire to achieve targets within challenging environments. FUll CeMAP or equivalent.
