Contact Centre Team Leader
Contact Centre Team Leader job in Corby.
Due to a restructure in the head office in Nottingham, a new role has been created in a sister company based in Corby for a supervisor to join the call centre there where the successful candidate will be responsible for 10 call centre staff.
The main aspects of the role will include leading the sales team to hit sales targets, to maintain relationships with clients and the sales team, to build relations with senior management and stakeholders, to provide daily and weekly management reports, to assist with training plans, recruit and develop team members, help manage and develop KPI's and to generally assist the head of business.
The successful candidate must have contact centre experience and experience in managing/supervising a team.
