Contact Centre Team Leader (Social Housing Repair Hotline)
A leading property management organisation based in South Yorkshire are looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to effectively lead, manage, motivate and develop a team, providing technical support services to internal and external consumers in line with their policies and procedures.
As Technical Support Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring that the repairs support services are of a high quality, high productivity and that the service knowledge required meets and exceeds standards and targets. The team that you will lead will take calls from tenants regarding issues within their property.
Working as apart of a job share, you will work 2 days per week and report to the Customer Repairs Service Manager. You will oversee a team of 20, monitoring performance and ensuring customer service levels at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of at least twenty within a call centre environment and hold excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. Knowledge of social housing policies and procedures and the right to repair legislation is desirable.
