My client, a leading financial firm is looking to recruit a confident individual to join their team based within Glasgow. The job has arisen due to expansion of their advisory department offering independent financial advice, support and recovery solutions.
The company ranges their service delivery across several sectors from chartered surveyors to wholesalers and hospitality. They offer a dedicated insolvency department providing debt solutions to both customers and businesses and pride themselves in the level of service and standards they provide. This is an exciting time to join the company as their team anticipate further growth due to the administration duties they carry out on behalf of the Scottish Government.
Within the role you will be conducting telephone interviews, asking open questions and detailing questionnaires for clients on personal financial information. Along with this you will help set and review individual’s domestic budgets, advising on levels of payment towards aiding towards solvency amongst other daily administration and sales support duties.
The ideal candidate will be used to working within a pressurised, target driven environment within a call or contact centre, ideally in financial services/banking. You must have telesales experience and ability along with an excellent phone manner. The role will require a high level of IT skills so knowledge of systems is a must. You will be fact-finding and questioning during calls so the ability to build relationships and question appropriately will be vital.
