Contaminated Land Consultant Job in City Of London, London UK
Design, implement and lead reporting of geo-environmental investigations.
Undertake the production of desk studies, site investigations, engineering constraints.
Manage projects of moderate complexity, including budgetary control, risk management, reporting.
Financial management of own and project team time, expenses and subcontractors.
Undertake limited supervision of site work / Senior Site Engineer / Site Coordinator Role to support more junior staff.
Act as site supervisor if required on more complex or larger projects including site remediation.
Undertake remedial options appraisals and develop remediation strategies.
Aid contract document production and management of contract during site works from the office base.
Aid design and supervision packages for remediation.
Become fully conversant with health, safety and environmental procedures, quality assurance procedures, financial and commercial procedures.

Manage and mentor less experienced staff to support their development.
