Content & Community Specialist

Content Community Specialist - France - £23-28k + 10% Bonus

My client, a world leader in online travel is seeking to recruit a French speaking Content Community Specialist to join its team in Central London. The candidate will have a vast amount of community management experience (preferably for a company such as Amazon, Sony etc.).

In this role, main responsibilities will include,
• Monitor forums and resolve any issues
• Respond to any enquiries from site users
• Generate activity on discussion boards
• Manage a team of content moderation temps
• Identify user needs and trends

The successful candidate will speak French to native level and will have a very strong command of English. The candidate would need to be able to moderate the content from a processed point of view as they would be dealing with a very high volume of reviews from the customers. These reviews would be received via e-mail and the ideal candidate would be able to find solutions as to how to process this high volume of e-mails. The candidate would need to supervise 3 Content Moderators meaning that some form of supervisory experience is necessary. Strong analytical skills are also required (particularly Excel and figures) as they would need to analyze a problem, support the analysis and find solutions.

The candidate would need to be comfortable with online, facing customers and dealing with changing scenarios as the company's website would be changing on a weekly basis. Backgrounds in social media, marketing and content production/editing are NOT relevant to this role.
