The Content Management/Search Product Owner participates in providing content management and search capabilities for KP's Web presence (specifically kp.org). This work involves implementing the business content and search architecture (including the metadata model) and defining content authoring capabilities, approval workflows, and personalization requirements. The Product Owner works closely with technical resources to produce robust content management and search capabilities for use by employees and vendors in delivering the content and applications on KP's web presence. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Leads content management and search development assignments of diverse and complex scope based on strategic direction provided by the product architects. * Responsible for managing the planning and development activities, and assisting with the deployments and production support for the defined solutions. * Works in partnership with KP IT to clarify and develop the defined capabilities. The content management/search/language capabilities must support the new technical framework for the Web site, as well as emerging enterprise-wide business needs. * As product owner, translates business requirements into actionable User Stories and works closely with both business stakeholders and IT partners to ensure the product goals are met and, where possible, components are extensible. * Collaborates with other CMS and search team members, product management, Creative Services, and business stakeholders to define and enhance content/search capabilities (includes: content taxonomies, metadata schemas, template libraries, tools for simplifying content contribution and content workflows) to realize the content and search strategy and roadmap.
