Content Specialist
Description:
Volt is looking for a Content Specialist with great leadership skills and management experience. This role will be managing and completing key tasks that support the business, including but not limited to token class configuration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of key offer and product catalogs for retail and disruption partners across six business models and four regions and will also be managing the coordination with Product Launch Services of SKU numbers and pricing for all regions.
- Coordinate with all the different teams and outsourced partners as well as retailers for end-to-end test planning and execution including contribution to test plans, procurement of test tokens, adherence to executions schedules and test environment readiness.
- Assist in coordinating the release schedule of content and ensure that offers are released and modified on the scheduled time and within the defined SLA.
This is an estimated 3 months Contingent/Temporary position and then in July, a continued assignment of up to 1 year will be established dependent upon the candidate progress and team need. This position is located in Redmond, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources also located in Redmond, WA. Content Specialist Qualifications:
- Be detailed oriented and have ability to learn quickly in an agile and rapidly changing business environment.
- Be able to react to and quickly provide appropriate feedback/updates to key stakeholders/partner teams such as Business Operations team members, Account Management, Marketing, Business Teams, etc.
- Learn the process for managing offers for multiple content offers/partners as well as provide appropriate level of status updates and communication on assigned offers/requests.
- Learn the processes for generating tokens/codes for content offers as well as generate appropriate level of operational reports/provide periodic updates to Business Operations team as needed.
- Be able to handle, at an appropriate level - business and escalations for expediting offer deployment and change management of existing offers.
