Title: Sr. Program Content Manager Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA

The Content Manager will be responsible for building and managing relevant program content for customer facing events which include the global conferences. Program content will revolve around architectures, products and solutions.

The skill set required combines ability to understand architecture and solution product conversations as well as being able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, Ultimately leading to the ability to design and build event content programs around customer needs, key corporate priorities or product areas that influence and educate attendees.

Qualified candidates should have experience producing and managing content programs for large-scale customer events or leading marketing efforts including insertion of products and solutions into trade shows and other public venues; working with multiple stakeholders; program management (including brainstorming skills and meeting leadership); have a proven track-record of outstanding customer service; be knowledgeable in event marketing strategies and comfortable advising stakeholders accordingly. Candidates should also be prepared to grow and evolve as the program strategy does the same.

Requirements:

-7+ years minimum experience in content strategy, event marketing, or product management
-Comfortable having both technical and product level conversations around various technology areas
-B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
-Diplomatic with proven ability to build consensus among disparate stakeholders
-Highly articulate and detail oriented with strong written verbal communications skills
-Comfortable leading and facilitating large group discussions via web conference and in-person) with multiple stakeholder interests represented
-Ability to remain focused on delivering on short-term tactical objectives while maintaining the strategic direction for the program
-Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
-Extremely flexible and adaptable
-Collaborative and solutions-oriented mind-set is a must!
