Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business team and other relevant stakeholders to devise content programs (such as finance education, investment information or marketing programs) and create high quality, differentiated  content that brings these programs to life.. Deliverables may range from general content for the website, to creative writing such as marketing copies, to financial writing such as investment commentaries, fund reports etc

• Leverage OrbisAccess’ value propositions and brand architecture to drive the development of copy guidelines and the evolution of the brand’s tone of voice

• Be involved in the entire editorial process which includes content idea generation, content creation, proof-reading, editing and ongoing maintenance

• Overall work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to promote OrbisAccess through exceptional written content

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or other related discipline

• At least five years of previous professional writing experience related to the financial services or investment industry ideally gained within an investment management firm, finance publication or PR firm.

• Sufficient understanding of financial markets and the investment management industry with demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple way

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships

• Ability to interact effectively with investment professionals and key contacts at all levels

• Creative thinking and ability to deliver to tight timeframes

• A strong focus on quality control and attention to detail is essential
