Continuous Improvement Business Partner
London based Regulatory body require a Continuous Improvement Business Partner to join their builds team. You will work with operational front line and support functions to pro-actively identify business improvement needs/opportunities. Work with functions and the workstream lead to prioritise improvement activities. Assist functions in analysing and understanding root causes of operational issues using expert knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Facilitate discussions around change required to deliver improvements and partner with functional management to define the people, process, technology landscape to enable the future target operating model. Facilitate the breakdown of silo working enabling cross functional collaboration to achieve the best possible operational solution and process excellence. Support the function to effectively implement the required change in the operations, including testing, training and go-live activities. Facilitate the introduction across the organisation of a continuous improvement mind set and coach the organisation to develop and embed this mind set. Where appropriate, serve as a Lean-6 Sigma change expert to provide training and support on fundamental process improvement, selected tools and methodologies.
