The Company
Our client over the past couple of decades has rubber stamped their presence on a global scale. The company have recently benefited from large investment and have some major new products planned for the market in the next few months, so it's an exciting time to be joining the business.
The Role
The role of the Continuous Improvement Engineer will directly report into the onsite CI Manager. The position will involve analysis of manufacturing and related processes, the recommendation and initiation of improvements using modern techniques such as FMEA, SMED, Kaisen and 5S.
The role with also provides support to the management in developing ideas for continuous improvement on processes across the site and using new plant equipment to meet current and future organisation needs.
The Person
Ideally you will be experienced in supporting process improvement within an FMCG background. It is however essential that you have experience in utilising lean manufacturing tools when looking to improve processes. We are looking for an analytical engineer with hands on experience who can analyse information gathered and follow this through to initiating solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
The candidate should have a proven track record as a Continuous Improvement Engineer.

£35,000 - £45,000 plus Benefits
