Continuous Improvement Leader Job in Sioux City, Iowa Us

Key Responsibilities

 

- Apply Continuous Improvement Methodologies to create significant results in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Theory of Constraints (TOC).   

- Partner with Operation leaders to create, deploy, and lead an effective CI program (objectives, strategy, plans, training … OSP’s)  in supply chain to support the company’s  improvement initiatives.

- Ensure Supply Chain Operations resources deliver sustained savings annually.

 

- Utilize proper communication methods to create a shared CI mindset across the facility/department and reinforce basic CI principles, highlight Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) versus goals, share best practices.
 

Required Education and Experience

 

- Bachelor of Science (Engineering preferred) or significant business process improvement experience (5+ years).  MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years continuously increasing responsibility implementing change across departments within a manufacturing or distribution environment (prefer beverage, food, pharmaceutical industries). 

Required Key Skills

- Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Team Player with capability to interact with many departments within the company.

- Highly energetic, organized, professional, resourceful, self-motivated.

- Excellent time management and communication skills.
