Continuous Improvement Manager- (Internal Business Processes) Job in Markham, Ontario Canada

Our client is well established company in the service industry. In pursuit of attaining higher operational efficiency within their business processes of finance, human resources, invoicing etc, they are looking for Continuous Improvement Manager / CI Project Manager/ Lean Specialist to be based out of their office in Markham / Richmond Hill area.
The right candidate will have sound experience in process improvement within back office functions/ business processes . You will be a change agent who has past experiences of working with process excellence methodologies like LEAN, Six Sigma. You must have a proven track record of running projects and maintain thorough follow up.
The right candidate will have a Bachelors degree preferably in Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 7+ years experience of continuous improvement. Experience of improving business processes is a definite asset. Experience from service industry-banking, financial institutions, insurance, property and facility management, is a definite asset. LEAN or Six Sigma experience is a definite asset. PMP designation or training in project management is a definite asset.
