Contract

Our client is seeking an onsite Network Support Technician to support their entire IT infrastructure components, providing local hands on support for LAN and WAN equipment (under supervision). The successful candidate will be proficient (certification is a plus but not required) in Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. This position will require you to work in a remote environment, with little supervision, to resolve any computer problems from endtoend, providing Tier I and Tier II support.
