Relevant du Directeur de gestion de Projets, le titulaire de ce poste a la responsabilit de grer les projets de mise en place de nouveaux services de tlcommunications pour nos clients. Il assume la coordination dune quipe de travail. Il jouit dune autonomie daction et doit faire preuve dinitiative et de discernement dans la planification et lorganisation du projet.
Principales responsabilits
Planifie, organise, dirige et exerce un contrle des ressources humaines, matrielles et technologiques ncessaires la livraison du projet sous sa responsabilit. Constitue, organise et assure la gestion de son quipe de projet afin de rpondre efficacement aux termes de lentente.
Dfinit clairement le contenu du mandat, planifie les livrables, les tapes et les chances du projet. Coordonne et dirige la runion de lancement du projet ainsi que les runions de suivis tout au long du projet.
Produit les documents faisant tat de lavancement de ses projets (statut de projet, livrables du projet, respect des chances, etc.). Anticipe les obstacles et propose un plan de redressement lorsque requis. Fournit les donnes requises la facturation. Transmet toute les informations ncessaires au service responsable de la fermeture budgtaire du projet.
Contrle tout changement la dfinition du mandat et lenvergure du projet. Sassure du respect des engagements prvus. Exerce un suivi et un contrle des ressources financires, humaines et matrielles.
Rend compte du dveloppement du projet au comit de gestion des projets. Sassure de la qualit des projets raliss ainsi que de la satisfaction des clients quant aux livrables identifis. Organise les sessions post mortem. Documente les actions prises et fait des recommandations. Sassure du respect des critres tablis conformment lentente.
Sassure du transfert dexpertise entre lquipe de projet, les quipes de dploiement et de soutien oprationnel.
Participe, au besoin, llaboration de certaines propositions daffaires.
Connaissance/tudes spcialises
Diplme dtudes universitaires de 1er cycle.
Certification PMP (atout)
Huit (8) annes dexprience dans le domaine des technologies de linformation dont cinq (5) annes en gestion de projets et en coordination dquipes de travail.
Exprience en tlcommunications de donnes, voix, services large bande ou IP
Connaissance de Ms Office et Ms Project

Senior Project Manager

Description of function

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the incumbent is responsible for managing projects of introduction of new telecommunications services to our customers. It assumes the coordination of a team. It has an autonomy of action and must show initiative and discretion in planning and organizing the project.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, directs and controls the human, material and technology necessary to deliver the project under his responsibility. Constitutes, organizes and manages the project team to effectively meet the terms of the agreement.
Clearly defines the content of the mandate, plan deliverables, milestones and project deadlines. Coordinates and directs the launch meeting of the project and followup meetings throughout the project.
Produced the documents outlining the progress of its projects (project status, project deliverables, deadlines, etc.).. Anticipates obstacles and propose a recovery plan as required. Provides the data required for billing. Transmits all the necessary information to the service responsible for closing the project budget.
Control any changes to the terms of reference and scope of the project. Ensures compliance with commitments under. Has a monitoring and control of financial, human and material.
Reflects the development of the project management committee projects. Ensures the quality of projects as well as customer satisfaction regarding the deliverables identified. Organizes the postmortem sessions. Documents the actions taken and made recommendations. Ensures compliance with the criteria established pursuant to the agreement.
Ensures the transfer of expertise among the project team, teams of deployment and operational support.
Participates, as appropriate, to develop some business proposals.

Knowledge / Specialized studies

University degree in the first cycle.
PMP Certification (an asset)
Eight (8) years experience in the field of information technology including five (5) years in project management and coordination of work teams.
Experience in telecommunications data, voice, broadband and IP
Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
Bilingual speaking and writing
