Contract Analyst
Deutsche Asset Management is comprised of four primary investment areas, and is part of Deutsche Bank's new Asset Wealth Management business, following combination with the bank's Private Wealth Management group, its private banking operation.
DWS Investments: the retail and mutual fund business.
DB Advisors: the institutional investment business.
Deutsche Insurance Asset Management: third-party insurance investment.
RREEF Alternatives: specialist in alternative asset classes, including real estate, global infrastructure, public and private sustainability, commodities and hedge fund-of-funds.
Role Description:
- We are seeking an individual for the position of a Contract Analyst, responsible for drafting of distribution contracts and collecting of contract data in an Access database.
- The individual must demonstrate a good understanding of processes within a large organisation and have the ability to create different contracts and amendments all related to distribution and reflecting standard processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for drafting of standard distribution contracts
- Ability to work with legal documents and to coordinate required reviews based on policies and procedures
- Ability to understand the structure of distribution agreements
- High standards with strong attention to detail
- A 'can-do' attitude and delivery focus, along with ability to cope effectively with pressure
- A detail-oriented and accurate work style
- Ability to work either independently or as an integral team member sharing ideas
Skills/Experience
- Asset/Wealth/Investment/Fund Management experience is preferred.
- The individual must have a strong process oriented and accurate work style.
- Communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent team working capabilities
- Ability to work with different cultures / time zones
- Self motivation, innovation and flexibility in approach to work
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
Education
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- German language would be an advantage
