CONTRACT CATERER AVEO THE DOMAIN RETIREMENT COUNTRY CLUB Expressions of Interest are being sought from experienced caterers/ hospitality industry professionals. The Domain Retirement Country Club, Ashmore has a fully equipped Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant that can cater for up to 150. The successful operator will be required to open The Restaurant 6 nights a week for residents and guests. Home style meals, a lacarte and provision of the med night set menu's will be required. The Licenced Club Bar run by the Domain Residents operates in conjunction with The Restaurant. Maintenance of equipment, electricity, gas, and waste services are included in the low weekly rental.
