We are currently seeking an experienced contract administration professional to take responsibility for procurement and supply contracts, cost controls, project budgets, head contract and subcontract administration. We will also ask you to identify and respond to project risks, as well as assisting with the preparation of head contract and subcontract variations, progress claims, and finalising accounts.
To join us, you’ll need a relevant degree supported by significant experience in contract administration and project reporting. Experience of the property and construction/ building sectors including key processes and terminology, and a thorough understanding of the value creation process within the industry will also be essential.
