Contract Management Analyst
This position is primarily responsible for the Maintenance and Management of Sterlings Contract Management System. Position will be responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide contract clause library portion of Contract Management. Position will be accountable for conducting all reporting, analysis, and day-to-day management of Sterlings Contract Management functions. The position will work closely with Manager to make sure all departments are following the set procedures of making sure all Contracts/NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)are provided and processed as required by corporate policy.
